This therapy will blow your mind…

Our very own Casye LeRay, LPC associate, has been studying and certifying herself in the field of A.R.T.

This therapy will blow your mind! The results she is experiencing in her A.R.T. sessions have us all warm and buzzy because we are all about being of exceptional service to our clients. We are proud to stand next to our families as strong contributors to their support systems. Vervewell Counseling therapists are always upping our fields of knowledge, leaning into the latest research for mental wellness, and even using ourselves as our study samples! All so that you don’t have to…all so that you have complete trust in your Vervewell therapist, in each session.

What is A.R.T., you ask? It stands for Accelerated Resolution Therapy, and Casye has been spending time mastering this therapeutic approach.

Not to be confused with EMDR (eye movement desensitization and reprocessing), but it is similar in that eye movement is used. Casye’s clients with whom she has used this approach are experiencing relief after ONE session, with follow up sessions booked. The sessions are often a bit longer than our classic 50-minute therapy sessions (75 minutes). Please contact Vervewell Counseling to get on Casye’s schedule OR contact her directly: Casye@Vervewell.org

On Monday, 12/29 give our podcast a listen as Jason Leito, LPC, Beth Clardy Lewis, LPC-S, and Casye LeRay, LPC associate, discuss the ins and outs of A.R.T.

Episodes of our podcast can be found both here and our YouTube channel (@VervewellCounselingpodcast)

We are here for you!

Happy Holidays…
