Jason Leito

LPC

I want to help others treat themselves better like my therapist helped me. Whether you’re struggling with how you talk to yourself, creating healthy boundaries, navigating through a stressful transition, managing stress, or something else – I’ve been there, and I’d love to help you through it.

You’ve accomplished a lot, yet something still doesn’t feel quite right. Maybe you’re moving through a major life transition, carrying the weight of expectations, or realizing you don’t feel like yourself anymore. If you’re burned out, feeling more like roommates than partners, looking for therapy for anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or feeling stuck, you’re not alone.

I work with adults and couples who feel disconnected, overwhelmed, or misaligned with the life they’ve built and want something that feels more grounded, connected, and intentional.

Approach to Therapy
I blend Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) with person-centered therapy to help you understand how thoughts, emotions, and behaviors interact—and to change patterns that no longer work and build skills that improve day-to-day life. My approach is collaborative, practical, and grounded in your values and goals.

Many of my clients are high-functioning adults—professionals, parents, and partners—who feel successful on paper but disconnected internally. Therapy is a space to slow down, get honest, and move toward a life that feels more aligned.
About Jason
In my early twenties, I experienced a period of depression and anxiety that felt isolating and disorienting. Therapy helped me build healthier boundaries, develop self-compassion, and reconnect with who I wanted to be. That experience shapes how I work with clients today.

Outside of my practice, I’m a husband, father, and pet parent to two cats and a dog. I understand firsthand how transitions like parenthood, career shifts, and balancing work and home can shape identity and personal growth.

If you’re ready to feel more like yourself again, I invite you to schedule a session or reach out for a consultation. I offer in-person therapy in Fort Worth and telehealth sessions throughout Texas.
