Vervewell Counseling’s founder and supervising therapist Beth Clardy Lewis, LPC-S, listened when the Vervewell clients asked for something to work on in between sessions. They wanted a continuation outside of the therapy room of the strong therapy sessions they were experiencing with their Vervewell therapist on the proverbial counseling couch. Having explored and read all things self-care, Beth set out to write and create her own supplemental support for her clients: her book, her courses, her freebies, the podcast, the blog…and she has opened these avenues to her staff as contributing writers and creators.
Vervewell counselors GOT YOU, not only in-session, but in the in-between, too.

Long Live Lively is Vervewell’s website for therapeutic personal growth, freebies and life-lifting courses in-between your therapy sessions. It has been refreshed in a way that now connects the dots between
Vervewell Counseling and our “in-between” support; not a new direction, but a truer reflection of what has been growing here all along.
Therapy, the podcast, our blog, Beth’s courses, and the larger wellness ethos now live in one aligned conversation. This update is subtle in appearance, but meaningful in spirit: the work, the voice, and the heart are now fully connected. You’ll feel it the moment you land at either website: the continuity, the coherence, and the sense of being held by something whole.
Healing isn’t linear or in a single-lane. It’s layered, lived, and woven through who we are becoming. Having cohesion among our therapy offerings means you don’t have to jump between disconnected platforms or identities to feel supported. The therapy lens, the coaching voice, the lived human wisdom, and the wellness practices are now threaded together so you can move through them
the way growth actually happens — layered, evolving, and real.
If you haven’t visited in a while, we’d love for you to experience the new flow for yourself. Wander a bit. Follow what draws you in. Let it feel like a place to which you can return, not just for information, but for grounding, growth, and a sense of being seen in your becoming.
