Jason Leito

LPC

I want to help others treat themselves better like my therapist helped me. Whether you're struggling with how you talk to yourself, creating healthy boundaries, navigating through a stressful transition, managing stress, or something else - I've been there, and I'd love to help you through it.

In my early twenties, I found myself in an unhealthy relationship, growing distant from friends and family, and completely unhappy with life. What was worse, I unconsciously knew that I had a more powerful and healthier version of myself out there. I just needed someone to teach me how to get back on the right path.

That help took the form of therapy. It wasn’t instant or magical, but it was powerful and helpful; and slowly, I started to change the way I thought about myself. I started to talk to myself in a kinder voice, a more self-supporting voice. I began setting healthier boundaries with those around me, and finding coping strategies when stress inevitably hit. These changes didn’t just improve my life, they enabled me to understand what I wanted to do with it.

That is why I’m a therapist.

I want to help others treat themselves better like my therapist helped me. Whether you’re struggling with how you talk to yourself, creating healthy boundaries, navigating through a stressful transition, managing stress, or something else – I’ve been there, and I’d love to help you through it.

I am grateful to have a career where I can couple my lengthy education and licensure with my life experiences. This combination allows me to provide powerful and helpful therapy for each of my clients.

I specialize in my work with individuals and couples navigating life changes. As a college graduate, husband, and father to a lovely baby girl, I understand the challenges and the growth that come with these transitions from first-hand experience. I aim to help you find the beauty and transformation that can come from an otherwise difficult time.

When I’m not working with you, I am a happy husband, father, and pet-dad of two cats and a dog. I typically spend my free time with my family, playing games with friends, or catching up on television shows and movies.

I’m looking forward to sitting down with you, hearing what brought you in, and working together on whatever adjustments you’d like to make in your life.
